Trevor Brady’s artistic vision has been shaped by his experiences across multiple continents. Born in Cape Town, South Africa, he studied advertising and design before moving to London and later Canada, where he built a career as an art director in the advertising industry.
In 2010, Trevor transitioned fully into photography, carving a unique space between commercial work and fine art. His work reveals a fascination with the beauty of the ordinary, capturing overlooked moments and urban discoveries with a distinctive graphic sensibility. His process, which he calls ‘ReDesign,’ transforms everyday scenes into striking two-dimensional compositions, emphasizing form, colour, and balance.
Trevor has a deep curiosity about human expression, identity, and style. Often found wandering city streets, he seeks out individuals whose presence tells a story, using photography as a means to connect with and celebrate unique characters.
Splitting his time between North America, Europe, and his native Cape Town, Trevor continues to explore and redefine the intersection of art and commerce, pushing the boundaries of visual storytelling.
